New Year, New Ground School dates! If you've been debating learning how to fly, registering for our ground school is a great first step.
Ground School is an important part of learning to fly. In the classroom, you will learn the fundamentals of flight, along with meteorology, air law, and human factors, amongst other things.
SATC is pleased to be offering both a PPL and CPL in-person ground school for this spring. If you are just starting out, you will be looking to enroll in the Private Pilot License (PPL) ground school. Our Commercial Pilot License (CPL) ground school is for pilots who already have a PPL and are looking to upgrade to a CPL.
Details are as follows:
PPL Ground School (40hrs)
-Start date: February 2
-End date: April 4
-Every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:00PM-9:00PM
CPL Ground School (80hrs)
-Start date: February 1
-End date: April 17
-Every Monday and Wednesday night from 6:00PM-10:00PM
